DELIVERY OF SMALLER ITEMS (E.G. BASINS AND BRASSWARE)
Domestic: 2-3 Day Service
Trusted national courier, standard service includes delivery Monday - Friday between 8am - 5.30pm. Pre midday and Saturday services are available at additional cost. Delivery shall require a signature in person or delivery can left nearby/signed for by another, on customer request.

DELIVERY OF LARGER ITEMS (E.G. BATHS)
Domestic: 2-3 Day Service
Our Trusted national courier, standard kerbside delivery service includes delivery Monday - Friday between 8am - 5.30pm. Pre midday and Saturday services are available at additional cost. Courier will not be liable to assist with unpacking or moving items into property. Copper baths are delivered in strong wooden crates to ensure damage free delivery and shall require a total of two able persons to carry. Courier shall call in the case of no answer at the property and can take direction if delivery is to be left or returned to local depot for re-delivery on another occasion. Re-delivery may carry an additional fee.
A typical vehicle size is a 12.5T lorry, with tail lift and pump truck. Please inform us if access for delivery is restricted or problematic. Failure to inform us may lead to a delay in delivery and a possible re-delivery fee. Any extra costs incurred for re-delivery shall be payable by the Consignee.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note bespoke commissions are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and notification of the return within 14 days from receipt of goods. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@wittandberg.com.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once agreed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days then send us an email at contact@wittandberg.com providing details of the order. Once we have confirmed the refund has been processed then contact your credit card company or bank as this could be due to their processing times.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
