What is the delivery process for a bateau bath?

Once your order has been dispatched you shall receive a text message from our courier with a tracking link. Another text message shall then follow the day before delivery with an estimated delivery time window.

The 2-Man delivery team will be able to manoeuvre the box to any accessible location on the ground floor of your property. Each bath is packed securely within a plywood box to ensure safe transit and also protect against damage from any surrounding works that may be occurring on site. The box is palletised and also fitted with study handles either end to enable lifting by two able persons.

We kindly request that all orders are checked within 72 hours of delivery so should any problems have arisen in transit, we are able to take this up with our courier.

For non-UK deliveries, we recommend two people to be on site to receive and carry the bath.

How do I order a copper bath?

You can order our full range of products, including bathtubs of various finishes and other brassware, via the Witt and Berg website.

In order to place an order on our website, first navigate to the item you would like to purchase. To see all the details of a product, click on the image to open the product page, where you will find additional images and information about that item. Select the desired finish for your item, then press “Add to Cart”.

To complete your purchase, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen (or this may show as the current cart amount), and then click “checkout” at the bottom of the container. Fill in all necessary billing and shipping details and click “place order”. You will receive an invoice with your order confirmation email.

Can I order if I am not in the UK?

Yes, all of our products can be shipped internationally. We can ship anywhere in the world. All baths are securely packed in a palletised, plywood crate to protect them on long distances. For an accurate shipping quote, please contact us at contact@wittandberg.com. Please note that delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
