All orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes that will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Witt & Berg cannot be held responsible for any tax payments. 

If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your product, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return unsuitable items. To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in a new and unused state with all protective materials and original packaging in place. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
