If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your product, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return unsuitable items. To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in a new and unused state with all protective materials and original packaging in place. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
All returns are at the expense of the buyer. To arrange your return, please contact Customer Service for further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once agreed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 10 working days.
- Please note that all items are handmade and characteristics such as undulations, surface irregularities, variances in tone and shade particularly across Antique and Aged finishes are all inherent in the unique character of each piece and therefore to be expected.
- Bespoke commissions (goods customised to the Customer's specification) are not eligible for return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
